The La Barbacoa propane gas chili roaster and charcoal grill features a large 25.5 inch by 12 inch detachable Teflon coated stainless steel roasting drum.The barrel is in turn on an attractive black powder coated stout steel support frame with an easy-to-operate drum door. The food grade stainless steel mesh is coated with teflon for non stick use and will last many chili seasons.

The La Barbacoa's 5 burners are evenly spaced to ensure that the chiles or veggies are evenly scorched. The roaster comes in at a weight of about 38 pounds and the grill is 33 pounds.

Our La Barbacoa propane gas chili roaster can be used on a tabletop or paired with the included La Barbacoa portable charcoal grill. This grill doubles as a stand as well as an optional roasting medium. These roasters are great for roasting chiles but are also perfect for roasting all sorts of vegetables such as corn, bell peppers, squash, and anything else that needs to be roasted. If roasting coffee or other small items a smaller mesh screen should be used. While it could be operated safely indoors we do not recommend it.
